COVID-19 POLICY

If you aren’t feeling well, recently got over a sickness, or currently sick, please do not book an appointment until you are completely well. Masks are required and no extra guests unless communicated with me.

DEPOSIT POLICY

$20 deposit is required in order to book. It goes towards the service. NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE. If appointment is cancelled or rescheduled, new deposit will be required‼️ NO DEPOSIT=NO APPOINTMENT: If you do not send the deposit when you book, no appointment is secured.

No longer accepting Cashapp, PayPal, or any payment methods to pay the total amount. You will have to pay it in CASH ONLY at the end of your appointment.

APPOINTMENT REQUIREMENTS

Please come to your appointment with your hair washed, detangled, and blow dried straight (Product free). If not, it will be $15 extra. Pick the correct style upon booking due to tight schedule, hairstyle can not be changed on the day of the appointment. Your hair must be 3-4 inches long all around. If you have any damage, breakage, or thinning, please message me and we will set up a consultation.

Please make sure to have your whole day free when scheduling an appointment, times are estimated and I do not rush my work.

LATE/CANCELLATION POLICY 🚨🚨

- If you need to cancel, please cancel AT LEAST 24 hours PRIOR to the scheduled appointment. No shows or same day cancellations will be charged up to 100% of their service fee. I know things happen, so if you are going to be a few minutes late just communicate with me. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be charge a $15 fee or appointment is cancelled. If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment is automatically cancelled and will have to reschedule.
